By accessing or using Leohunt and kenyes.ai (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform.

The Platform is currently operating as a pilot in New York City. Business coverage, features, and availability are limited to the NYC area during this phase. The Platform and its features may change, be suspended, or be updated at any time.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You may use certain features of the Platform without creating a registered account by choosing “Continue as Guest.” Guest users can chat with Leo, receive recommendations, view the map, and view place details. Guest users cannot save or bookmark places, access personalized recommendations, maintain multiple conversations, access chat history across devices, or access account settings. Guest users are subject to lower usage limits than registered users. Usage limits are tracked per device, meaning that creating a new guest session on the same device does not reset your usage allowance.
When you use the Platform as a guest, an anonymous session is created to provide the service. A device-level identifier is stored securely on your device to maintain session continuity. If you later sign in with Google or Apple, your guest session data is linked to your registered account.
To access full features, you may create a registered account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. Registered users agree to:
Certain features of the Platform — including local business discovery and AI-powered recommendations — rely on your geographic location. By using the Platform (whether as a guest or registered user), you consent to the collection and use of your location data (precise or approximate) as described in our Privacy Policy. You may manage or revoke location permissions through your iOS device settings at any time, though doing so may limit the functionality of the Platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, or restrict guest access, for users that violate these Terms or that we believe are using the Platform fraudulently or harmfully.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence — including Google Gemini and OpenAI — to provide recommendations, search results, and conversational features. You acknowledge that:

Businesses that register on the Platform to manage their presence agree to:
We reserve the right to remove or suspend any business listing that we determine to be in violation of these Terms or that poses a risk to users.
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and AI models — are the exclusive property of kenyes.ai or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our express written permission.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information — including location data — as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform relies on the following third-party services to operate: Supabase (database and authentication), Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, Google Gemini (AI), OpenAI (AI), and Geoapify (location and mapping). Your use of these services through the Platform is also subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service. We are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties beyond our contractual obligations with them.
The Platform displays information about NYC businesses including restaurants, cafes, bars, and other establishments. Some of these businesses may not have a direct partnership or formal relationship with kenyes.ai — their information may be sourced from publicly available data or third-party data providers.
For businesses that are not formal partners of kenyes.ai, we do not control, verify in real time, or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of their information as displayed on the Platform. This includes but is not limited to business hours, menus, pricing, contact details, and website URLs. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any business listed on the Platform, regardless of whether that business has a direct relationship with us.
The Platform may display or link to websites and online resources operated by third-party businesses. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or security of these external sites. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for:
Accessing any external URL displayed on the Platform is done entirely at your own risk.
The display of a business, its information, or any associated URL on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or verification by kenyes.ai of that business, its products, services, or online presence.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KENYES.AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Platform may contain bugs, experience downtime, or undergo changes without prior notice. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KENYES.AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless kenyes.ai and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
You may request deletion of your account at any time through the account settings in the Platform or by contacting us at hello@kenyes.ai.
When you delete a conversation, all messages and conversation content are permanently and immediately deleted. We retain certain analytics data linked to your account identifier, including raw search queries, search results, and AI usage statistics, for platform improvement and usage tracking. As this data remains linked to your account identifier it is personal data — you may request its deletion at any time by contacting hello@kenyes.ai.
When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently and immediately erased, including your name, email address, location data, usage history, conversations, and analytics records. The only data retained after account deletion is a one-way hashed version of your email address, kept for 30 days solely for AI compute usage abuse prevention. This hashed value cannot be used to identify or contact you, and is permanently deleted after 30 days.
If you use the Platform as a guest without creating a registered account, you may request deletion of your guest session data by contacting us at hello@kenyes.ai. In-app account deletion is not available for guest users; deletion must be requested via email. Please include your device application identifier so we can locate your data. Upon a verified request, we will delete the anonymous user record, conversations, and associated session data. Certain analytics data (with all user identifiers removed) is retained for platform improvement purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Upon account deletion or guest data deletion, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. In such cases, data handling is as described in Section 14 above.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications or email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, except where prohibited by law.
